Gangsta, Feline Style

Today was a day for gushing about all of the cats my family and I have had in the past and dearly miss, since our newest baby, Lil' Ollie (who's not so "little" anymore by now -- You've all seen the slideshow of him), has stirred up memories of them all.

And so, after flipping through one of my sister's photo albums of random snapshots she'd taken of our cats, I'd decided to scan them in, touch them up a bit and make them "pretty."

Don't bother doing the whole "constructive criticism" with these, because I'm not a photographer. LoL My sister is, so go "after" or praise her once she bothers to put up her work someday. ^_^

Anyway, here is Kitty (our first cat/animal ever and my sister's cat), happy to see his mommy/my sister and purring (as always). His head and body is in between the bars of the stairway, where his pillow was usually left up against (so that's why it's so "dark" and weird looking. Just the color and finish of the wood LoL).

I've named this picture "Gangsta, Feline Style," because while he's happy at the moment (when was he not? ), his expression looks as though he's thinking, while looking down at my sister, "What? What was that?. . . Yeah, that's right. I didn't think so. Better recognize, Ma!"

Mr. "Godfeline."

Can't remember the exact year, but I know it was in the 1990's that this had been taken, probably when I was still in the single digits of age. (We'd taken a lot of pics of the cats when I was around those ages.) So that's why I just wrote "'90's."
