This is Melody, or 'Mel' from an old friend's W.I.T.C.H. fanfiction story, "Guardians of Eos" (which has now been taken over by my good pal, and myself).

She is the (soon-to-be) Guardian of Earth of the Eos Guardians, whose powers are of Earth, among other things.
